Ca Momplin I is located in the Roero wine district mostly renown for its Arneis wine. It is also within the Unesco World SitessHeritage of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. The house sizes 80 sq.m. over 2 floors, freshly restructured and artfully decorated. Ca Momplin I hosts two to four people. On the bottom floor the living room includes a folding king size couch; it adjoins an outsized kitchen displaying its original roof of arched red bricks and iron railings.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a washer. On the first floor Ca Momplin I has a large sleeping room, a bathroom, and a balcony. The house, furnished with antiques and “Provencal” fittings is especially charming providing comfort and warmth with a touch of today’s … like satellite television, and free WIFI Internet access.

Camomplin I is part of a typical XVIII° Century Piedmont’s farmhouse called Mompellini located in Canale, Roero and Langa, Italy.
This romantic vacation home sits on a hilltop, 2 km from the village of Canale d’Alba, and all its gourmet shops, ice cream parlors and pastries shops, 8 km from Alba, the truffles capital of the world, 15 Km from Bra, the town where the Slow Food movement was born and host of “Cheese”, and 45 km for Turin, host of the 2006 Winter Olympics and of the “Salone del Gusto“.
Camomplin is surrounded by vineyards: its most prestigious wine is the Arneis. But a few Km away you enter the Barolo and Barbaresco districts as well as the Barbera wine region of Monferrato.
Here you can truffle and mushrooms hunt with Franco (in season), play tennis, enjoy the semi-Olympic pool at our Exclusive Country Club, cook and wine taste with Franco and Claudia, horseback with Claudia, trek on foot and on bike, play golf, paraglide, dine and wine, or simply relax.
You can also bring your pets: Camomplin is pet friendly: Morgan, our dog, and Carlotta, Mini, Juve and Sandokan, our cats, will enjoy their company.
