Five weeks? It seems like we arrived five days ago. What a wonderful time we’ve had here.

We’ve done a lot, seen a lot + learned a lot about Piedmont, the Roero + Canale, but mostly we have met amazing people. Winemakers, butchers, “cheese ladies”, distillers, chocolate makers: artisans all! But there are two more artisans: Claudia & Franco. They have welcomed us like old friends & truly made the most of our time here with their energy, enthusiasm & their in-depth knowledge of food and wine in Roero. We thank you for a memorable holiday & truly hope we can come back soon!
