L'Alta Langa, come lo indica il nome stesso, é quella parte collinosa e alta della Langa altrimenti conosciuta per I l Barolo e il Barbaresco, due fra i più famosi vini Italiani. Le colline dell'Alta Langa sono letteralmente coperte da piantagioni di nocciole, le più che conosciute "gentili e rotonde" Piemontesi. Dalla Corte di Langa, un cascinale di recentissima ristrutturazione, si gode di una incredibile vista delle Alpi Occidentali e del Monviso, il loro più alto picco e delle colline più in basso, più dolci, dove si coltivano le pregiate vigne di Nebbiolo.
Questo "resort" vi offre una grande piscina riscaldata di 4 m. X 12 m., ed una sauna. Il complesso può ospitare fino a 20 persone in due grandi suites ( rispettivamente di 40 m.q. e di 50 m.q. ) complementate da due camere singole, e 4 monolocali. Tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di sala da bagno e, fatta eccezione delle camere singole, di cucina con lavastoviglie.
Der naturbelassene Hügelzug der Alta Langa (ca. 750 m über dem Meeresspiegel) im suedlichen Piemont grenzt an die namhaften Weinbaugebiete Barolo und Barbaresco. In Alta Langa umgeben Sie weitlaeufige Waelder und Haselnussplantagen, waehrend nur wenige Kilometer entfernt die bekanntesten Weine reifen. Eine atemberaubende Aussicht geniessen Sie von hier oben auf die sanften, gruenen Huegel des Barolo-Gebiets waehrend am Horizont die gesamte Westalpenkette mit Ihrem imposanten Monviso-Gipfel

Das neu renovierte Bauernhaus bietet einen in den Hang eingebetteten Aussenpool (4 m. x 12 m.)mit Solarium un Sauna. Bis zu 20 Gaeste finden in den modernen 1- oder 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnungen Platz, die jeweils mit eigener Kueche und Bad ausgestattet sind. Grosse Waldgebiete laden zum Wandern ein, wo im Herbst nicht selten Steinpilze Ihre Pfade saeumen; auch duerfen sich unsere Gaesten von den hauseigenen Obstbaeumen sowie im Gemuesegarten bedienen...willkommen im Himmel auf Erden !
La Corte di Langa bietet 6 moderne und mit allem Komfort eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen fuer bis zu maximal 20 Gaeste. 2-Zweizimmer-wohnungen befinden sich unter einem Dach und koennen dank 2 weiterer Doppelzimmer (jeweils mit eigenem Bad) individuell fuer kleine oder grosse Familien bzw. Gruppen kombiniert werden.
In einem separaten Gebaeude befinden sich 4 Studios bzw. Einzimmer-wohnungen mit jeweils ca. 20 qm Wohnflaeche, die ebenfalls mit Kuechenzeile und modernem Bad ausgestattet sind. Eine kleine Terrasse vor dem Haus laedt zum Fruehstueck im Freien ein, waehrend ein geraeumiger Gemeinschaftsraum fuer alle Gaeste zur Verfuegung steht.
Alle Ferienwohnungen sind komplett neu renoviert und verfuegen ueber moderne, funktionelle Einrichtungen. Die Kuechen sind mit Geschirrspuelern & Mikrowelle ausgestattet und ein Waschraum steht mit Waschmaschine und Waeschetrockner fuer alle Gaeste zur Verfuegung.
"Alta Langa" is that hilly part of Southern Piedmont bordered by the Barolo and Barbaresco wine districts. This land, once difficult to reach, and tough to live in, is spattered by small villages, and inhabited by proud people. In Alta Langa you are surrounded by hazelnuts trees, instead of vineyards: it is here that you enjoy the spectacular view of the Western Alps with the feeling of being above their highest peak in this part of the crown, the Monviso, and where you have a glimpse at the gentler hills literally covered by the most famous of Italian grapes: the Barolo.
La Corte Di Langa is located on a hilltop facing South. The view from here is spectacular.
This freshly restructured farmhouse features a swimming pool (4 m. x 12 m.), and a sauna. It can host up to 20 adults in 2 large suites and 4 studios. All the apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen (cum dishwasher), and all bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The main building sits in a large property where you can take a stroll in the wood, hunt for wild mushrooms, or pick some veggies and fresh tomatoes from the well attended vegetable plot.
La Corte Di Langa offers two types of accommodation.
There are two suites, one of 40 sq.m the other one of 50 sq.m., each featuring a large fully equipped kitchen (and dishwasher) and one bedroom with private bath. Each suite can be combined with an adjacent 20 sq.m bedroom with its own private bathroom, as weel as a folding bed for an extra adult or kid. Thus each suite can accommodate two or four adults. Each suite can be equipped with an additional folding bed or crib, for small kids or infants.
Four studios, each of about 20 sq.m. also provide accommodation for 2 adults each. Each studio also comes with a fully equipped kitchen com dishwasher. The four studios are side by side: larger groups can still be all in one place.
